Colman and Green’s Rental department can provide the right management. It usually starts with a free property check of safety, presentation and potential rental. We will advertise for you and find a suitable tenant (our associate London office can prove useful in this connection), and follow through with tenancy agreements, insurance, utility transfer, rent collection and property monitoring.
Your only involvement need be to check the monthly rent statement we send you. However, if you want to retain elements of management yourself, that is also possible. Our aim is to make letting as simple and profitable as possible for you.
Planning and Redevelopment
Unless due care is taken, the local authority planning department can become an obstacle to your plans, whether they are simple an extension to your home, or something more ambitious, involving the search for and/or acquisition of land.

Floor plans: our floor plan drawing service is available for selected properties.
Photography: Our expert photographer can take interior or exterior pictures of selected properties. The photographer will only be put to use after approval by the client.
Virtual tours: You can take advantage of virtual tours of the property you want to sell by having it placed on our website, where it can be inspected remotely by prospective buyers.
